Doses studied in research No published studies

What was given to people (or animals) in published studies and official labels, each linked to its source. This is not a recommendation: study products, purity and supervision differ from research-grade vials.

No published research on Vesilute under that name was found, so no studied doses exist. Not approved by FDA or EMA.

What the research says

D
Little or no evidence
Why: Only one in-vitro study of human thymus cells from the developer's institute; no animal or human studies.

Vesilute (the dipeptide Gly-Asp, a Khavinson bioregulator) has almost no indexed research: one Russian in-vitro paper from the developer's institute reports effects on human thymus cells, and no human trial of vesilute itself was found. The bladder-peptide trials found under other names could not be attributed to vesilute and were not used.

In cultured human thymus cells, vesilute (Gly-Asp) and vesugen increased CD54 and HLA-DR expression on thymocytes, reduced their apoptosis and raised cytokine secretion by thymic epithelial cells; developer's institute, abstract gives no numbers or controls.

    Study details
    Studied
Human thymus cells (thymocytes and thymic epithelial cells) in culture
    Main outcome
Activation antigens (CD54, HLA-DR), apoptosis and cytokine secretion
    Authors' conclusion
Both peptides showed marked immunogeroprotective properties in human thymus cells in vitro: they raised CD54 and HLA-DR expression, weakened thymocyte apoptosis and enhanced cytokine secretion by thymic epithelial cells.
    Limitations
In vitro only for vesilute; no numbers in the text available; authors from the developer's institute.

What is Vesilute?

Russian short-peptide bioregulator. One of the Khavinson "bioregulator" peptides from Russian aging research, marketed for the bladder. Evidence comes mainly from Russian cell and animal studies.

How much does Vesilute cost?

The cheapest Vesilute from an independently tested vendor is $0.750 per mg (Uther, Vesilute 20mg (10 Vials / Kit), $150.00). Across 5 listings from 5 vendors the median is $2.75 per mg.

Where can I buy Vesilute?

5 vendors tested by Finnrick sell Vesilute. The cheapest per mg right now: Uther ($0.750), Bulk Peptide Wholesale ($1.25), Lab Rat Peptide ($2.75). 1 of them publish a lab report (COA) for Vesilute; compare lab scores and reports in the table above before buying.

How much bacteriostatic water for 20 mg of Vesilute?

Adding 2 mL of bacteriostatic water to a 20 mg vial of Vesilute gives 10 mg/mL: each 10 units on a U-100 insulin syringe holds 1,000 mcg. With 1 mL it's 20 mg/mL (2,000 mcg per 10 units); with 3 mL, 6.667 mg/mL (666.7 mcg per 10 units). More water makes small amounts easier to measure. Mixing charts: 20 mg.

Is Vesilute FDA approved?

Sold as a supplement in Russia; not approved in the US. Research use only.

Can Vesilute be compounded in the US?

Not an FDA-approved drug and not nominated for FDA's 503A bulks list, so US pharmacies can't legally compound it. Compounding status for every peptide.
