Chronic subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 stimulates gonadotropin secretion for 12 days in healthy men.
15 healthy men (12 controls), single-blind placebo-controlled: subcutaneous kisspeptin-10 dose-dependently raised LH, FSH and testosterone; with continuous 5-day infusion gonadotropins returned to vehicle levels (testosterone stayed raised), while daily 8-hour infusions sustained LH rises for 12 days.
